China Crisis celebrate the ruby anniversary of their watershed classic and perpetual fan-favourite 1985 release, Flaunt the Imperfection. Featuring hits including ‘Black Man Ray’ and ‘King in a Catholic Style’ and produced by legendary Steely Dan founder Walter Becker, Flaunt the Imperfection has been called everything from “soaring sophistipop” to “wistful and yearning” and had songs described as diversely as “giddily upbeat” to having a “cinematic, ambient mood”. What can be said for certain is that no devotee of the band, young or old, will want to miss the chance to hear this “small masterpiece” played live in its entirety when the band take to the road with it.

Gary and Eddie will be accompanied by a world-class group of musicians performing the album along with some of the best-loved songs from their prolific catalogue. The music will be characteristically interspersed with personal anecdotes from behind the scenes, and all the laughter and enjoyment China’s concertgoers have come to expect.

Duration: approx. 2 hours (incl. interval). No support.
