When are my tickets posted?
Tickets purchased up to seven days prior to the event are posted out second class, usually on the day of your booking. Tickets purchased within seven days of the event are held at the Box Office for collection any time prior to the concert.
Can I reserve tickets in advance and pay on the day?
We can take reservations for some concerts as long as tickets are paid for in full six weeks before the concert date.

Do you have a cloakroom?
Yes. Coats and personal items may be left at the cloakroom at a charge of £1 per item. Only small bags are allowed into the auditorium; larger bags will need to be checked into the cloakroom. If at all possible please do not bring bags larger than cabin size to Cadogan Hall. Please note, bag security searches may be in operation.
When do the doors open?
Cadogan Hall usually opens 1½ hours before the start of the performance. The doors to the auditorium open 30 minutes before.
I’ve lost my tickets. What do I do?
Please call the Box Office on 020 7730 4500. We keep a record of all ticket transactions and will be able to help.
I’m unable to attend a performance for which I have booked tickets? What should I do?

What should I wear?
There is no dress code for Cadogan Hall. Wear whatever you feel most comfortable in.
Can I photograph or film the performance?
No. Cameras, video recorders, or indeed any audio or visual recording devices are strictly prohibited. Please ensure all mobile phones and electronic equipment are switched off during the performance.
Can I bring my own refreshments?
No. The bars in the Oakley Room and Culford Room are available for food and refreshments pre-concert and during the interval. Drinks bought on the premises may be taken into the auditorium in our compostable and 100% biodegradable cups.
What happens if I’m late?
Latecomers will be permitted to enter the auditorium at a suitable break in the performance. This can vary from performance to performance.
Can I smoke?
No, Cadogan Hall is a non-smoking venue. Please note this includes all smoking materials including vapes and electronic cigarettes.
My details have changed. How can I update them?
Please Sign In to our website, and there in My Account you can change your email, password, addresses and preferences. Ensure you click the ‘Save’ button once you’re done. Alternatively call the Box Office on 020 7730 4500.
I’m trying to log on to your website, but I’ve forgotten my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, please go to the Sign In page, and click the ‘Forgotten your password’ link. Enter your email address (and confirm it) and an email will then be sent to you which contains a link you must click to reset your password.
Or, if you have already been sent a temporary password, enter that in the Temporary Password box, and click ‘Continue to Reset Password’.
What happens if a concert is cancelled?
Occasionally events are cancelled due to unexpected circumstances. In these cases a full refund will be issued. Other times, when there is an alternative performance, exchange of tickets will be offered, and in some cases other rules apply. In the event of a cancellation the Box Office will make every effort to contact you with the details you provided when booking. We reserve the right to alter the programme or artists for any given performance.
Families & children
Performances at Cadogan Hall are generally suitable for children aged seven and over unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to remove children from the auditorium if they are not well-behaved.
At family events, children over the age of 18 months must have their own ticket. Babies under the age of 18 months do not require a seat.
Please allow adequate time when travelling to the venue – bag security searches may be in operation.
