A celebration of music at Reigate Grammar School featuring the school’s premier ensembles, guest appearances from the choirs of Micklefield and Chinthurst Schools and a showcase of some of RGS’s finest soloists.
This gala concert will include orchestral classics such as Elgar’s much-loved Cello Concerto and Brahms’ Academic Festival Overture alongside a rare outing for the Glière Harp Concerto. The orchestra and concert band will perform a selection of the greatest film scores, including John Williams favourites Schindler’s List and Star Wars.
The concert concludes with a choral spectacular featuring contributions from Micklefield and Chinthurst Schools and a massed choir singing a medley of songs by Queen – bringing to a close what promises to be an evening to remember.

Most events last 2 – 2½ hours, evening events generally finishing no later than 10pm Monday to Saturday and 9pm on Sundays.
