Celebrate 30 years of the London Gay Symphony Orchestra with a landmark performance at Cadogan Hall. This anniversary gala bridges the Orchestra’s history and its future, opening with Liszt’s Les préludes and Tchaikovsky’s Capriccio italien – highlights from the LGSO’s very first season.
The evening moves from nostalgia to innovation with the world premiere of Restless Host by composer Mark Bowden, before culminating in the lush, sweeping melodies of Rachmaninov’s Symphony No. 3. Marking the official appointment of its new conductor, this concert is a vibrant tribute to three decades of community, LGBTQ+ excellence, and an exciting new chapter ahead.
