Chris de Burgh is back at Cadogan Hall. Two years after he marked half a century in music on our stage, he returns with It’s Never Too Late – an evening built around the songs that have travelled with audiences for five decades, and the stories behind them.

The tour takes its name from one of the new songs on 50, the anniversary album Chris released in 2024. It also says something about the man himself. Since his debut album, Far Beyond These Castle Walls, in 1974, he has written more than 330 songs, released over 20 studio albums and sold more than 45 million records worldwide. He has never stopped writing, touring or finding new listeners along the way.

You’ll know the songs. ‘The Lady in Red’ reached No. 1 in 47 countries and recently found a new generation on the Deadpool & Wolverine soundtrack. ‘Don’t Pay the Ferryman’ and ‘High on Emotion’ remain as vivid as the day they were written.

But it’s the storytelling that makes a Chris de Burgh concert what it is: tales of love, loss and far-off places, told by someone who still clearly loves telling them.
