Kahani is a modern Indian restaurant nestled just off Sloane Square. Led by Chef Peter Joseph, formerly the head chef at Tamarind (the first Indian restaurant in the UK to receive a Michelin star), Kahani blends bold Indian flavours with contemporary British influences.
Chef Joseph launched Kahani in 2018, bringing his innovative culinary vision to Chelsea. The restaurant has continuously been recognised, from inclusion in the Michelin Guide, 2 AA Rosettes, Asian Curry Awards, and more.
Highlights of Kahani include:

- Festive Lunch & Early Evening Menu – running from 15 November to 31 December, featuring a 3-course option for £38, a tasting menu for £45, and an optional wine pairing. View the menu.
- Open on Christmas Day – serving a luxurious seven-course festive menu at £125 (£80 wine pairing also available), with dishes such as tandoori-smoked turkey with truffle, and indulgent seasonal desserts. Vegetarian menu available. View the menu.
- New Year’s Eve – ring in 2026 with a 5-course menu (£110, £70 wine pairing), plus a glass of rosé Champagne on arrival. View the menu.
- New Year’s Day – Kahani will also be open on 1st January, to begin 2026 with a great meal!
