Choral at Cadogan 2026-27

Welcome to our Choral at Cadogan 2026-27 series

We delight in welcoming visitors from all over the world, but in this series, we focus on three highly praised British choirs. The Sixteen and The Tallis Scholars have both been delighting audiences for around five decades, the enterprising VOCES8 for around half that time, but all three are linked by a spirit of adventure and an ability to blend old and new into often revelatory sequences of the best of choral music from around the world.

Between them, they present a wonderful array of music from the 15th century to the present day, from classics such as Rachmaninov’s Vespers and Tallis’ 40-voice motet Spem in alium, to James MacMillan’s Stabat Mater. From Josquin des Prez to The Beatles, Palestrina to Rodgers and Hart, this is music to soothe, stimulate, entertain and excite us.

Whether dipping into the series or enjoying multiple events, we are sure you will find something thrilling and moving around every corner of this programme. We look forward to seeing you here.
