Students from Junior Trinity, Trinity Laban’s Saturday music programme for 3–19-year-olds, combine to celebrate the year’s achievements.
The programme includes the first movement of Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto No. 1, performed by final year student Tong Wu, Suppé’s Poet and Peasant Overture, the first movement of Schubert’s ‘Unfinished’ Symphony, alongside music for big band by Charles Mingus and Benny Goodman, wind orchestra, string ensembles and Junior Trinity’s renowned choirs.
The concert is preceded by Junior Trinity’s annual Prizegiving Ceremony at 6pm.
All tickets to the main performance include entry to the earlier Prizegiving Ceremony.
- 6pm: Prizegiving ceremony (approx. 45 mins, no interval)
- 7.30pm: Evening concert (approx. 2 hours 30 mins incl. interval)
