For over 90 years the RCM Junior Department has offered advanced training at the highest level to young musicians aged 8 to 18. Nurturing its students with individually tailored one-to-one programmes, lessons on instrumental, voice and composition, and supported by chamber, large-scale orchestral, choral and musicianship classes – many former RCMJD students are now leading influential figures in the music industry.

Tonight’s concert features two of RCMJD’s elite performing groups, playing works by Mozart, Ravel and Mel Bonis.
