Delivered by professional dancers, Step into Dance supports young dancers to progress, excel and realise their creative potential, offering regular dance classes in schools, and a wider programme of workshops and performances. Step Live Festival is its annual celebration of dance, a selection of work that the students on the Step into Dance programme have created throughout the year.
Join them for an exciting showcase of different dance styles, demonstrating the energy and enthusiasm of these talented young dancers.
Step into Dance is a Royal Academy of Dance programme in partnership with the Jack Petchey Foundation.

Schools performing on the day
Dancers from 24 selected groups from across London and Essex will present a varied programme of dance. Audiences will get a taste of hip-hop, contemporary, commercial styles and afro across each of the performances.
The schools performing in each performance are listed below. The evening show will also include a performance by the Step Youth Dance Company, SYNC.
