Boogie Woogie!! It’s one of the earliest forms of Jazz.

This special night will take you from the genre’s humble beginnings to the giants like Meade Lux Lewis, Albert Ammons, Clarence ‘Pinetop’ Smith and Pete Johnson.

Expect to hear Boogie Woogie classics like ‘Honky Tonk Train Blues’, ‘Pinetop’s Boogie Woogie’ and ‘Boogie Woogie Stomp’ in addition to contemporary originals and improvised duets unique to this special concert – a musical journey of Boogie Woogie with six of its finest and enduring pianists.
