I’ve lost my tickets. What do I do?
Please call the Box Office on 020 7730 4500. If you purchased e-tickets then we recommend checking your junk folder just in case.
I’m unable to attend a performance for which I have booked tickets. What should I do?
See our Conditions of Sale in Terms & Conditions.
What should I wear?
There is no dress code for Cadogan Hall. Wear whatever you feel most comfortable in.
Do you have a cloakroom?
Our cloakroom opens when the foyer opens and closes 30 minutes after the event ends. It costs £2 per item (card payments only). Please do not bring any large bags/suitcases. Small bags and coats can be taken into the auditorium.
Please note, bag security searches may be in operation.
Can I photograph or film the performance?
Cameras, video recorders, or any audio or visual recording devices are strictly prohibited. Please ensure all mobile phones and electronic equipment are switched off during the performance.
What happens if I’m late?
Latecomers will be permitted to enter the auditorium at a suitable break in the performance, but this varies from performance to performance.
Can I take food and drink into the auditorium?
As there is limited seating in the foyer, you are welcome to take drinks and snacks bought on-site into the auditorium, but we ask you not to eat during the performance. We don’t allow food and drink to be brought into Cadogan Hall.
Why are ticket prices sometimes listed as ‘subject to change’?
Our ticket prices can change in line with demand. Booking early is the best way to get your preferred seats at your preferred price. We recommend signing up to our email newsletter to be the first to hear when new events go on sale.
Why are some seats not available to purchase right now?
We programme a broad mix of events – some sell out and some are more niche. For events that are not sold out, we believe that it makes for a better experience for both customers and artists if the audience is not spread out across the auditorium. Like many other venues, we release seats in phases in line with demand to encourage seats to fill from front to back and side to side, so that however many seats are used the auditorium feels busy. If the seats you want to sit in are not available, or a performance has no seats available and isn’t listed as sold out, then please call our Box Office on 020 7730 4500.
Can I smoke?
Cadogan Hall is a non-smoking venue, which includes all smoking materials, vapes and electronic cigarettes.

Or, if you have already been sent a temporary password, enter that in the Temporary Password box, and click ‘Continue to Reset Password’.
What happens if a concert is cancelled?
Occasionally events are cancelled due to unexpected circumstances. In these cases a full refund will be issued. Other times, when there is an alternative performance, exchange of tickets will be offered, and in some cases other rules apply. In the event of a cancellation the Box Office will make every effort to contact you with the details you provided when booking. We reserve the right to alter the programme or artists for any given performance.
Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable as it covers the service provided by our box office when you made your booking: staffing, software, website management, etc. TicketPlan fees are also non-refundable.
Families & children
Children aged under seven will not be admitted to Cadogan Hall except for family events. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Specific event age restrictions or recommendations beyond this can be found on each individual event page. Due to the sound levels of some events with amplified music and the long-term impact on hearing that this could have, it is strongly recommended that parents and carers take this into account before purchasing tickets for children.
When attending with children, we ask that you consider the experience of audience members around you.
At family events, children over the age of two years must each have their own ticket. Children and babies under the age of two years do not require a seat.
Security and bag checks
Please allow enough time when travelling to the venue – bag searches may be in operation. We can only permit entry for those with a valid ticket for that day’s performance.
If you have booked for a group and arrive before others, please leave their tickets for collection at the Box Office when you arrive.
Lost property
Any lost property will be kept at the Cloakroom. For any enquiries, please call 020 7824 7616 between 5pm and 11pm (concert days only).
