Conditions of Sale

Booking

Completion of the online booking process, including the provision of credit or debit card details, shall constitute an offer by the customer to purchase tickets subject to Cadogan Hall’s terms and conditions.

The customer is entirely responsible for entering his/her details correctly during the booking process, and must ensure that all details supplied are true and accurate.

The customer is responsible for informing Cadogan Hall of any changes to his/her details once the booking is concluded.

All tickets booked online must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

Cadogan Hall reserves the right to place restrictions on the volume of any tickets ordered.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check that they have received their tickets and that the tickets issued from Cadogan Hall are accurate. Please check tickets carefully for the correct performance, date and time. If you have any enquiries please telephone the Box Office on 020 7730 4500.

Tickets cannot be posted to non-U.K. addresses. In this case, tickets will be held for collection from the Box Office.

The credit card used for the booking and the booking confirmation email must be shown when collecting tickets.

Cadogan Hall tickets must not be re-sold for profit or commercial gain other than by Cadogan Hall’s Box Office or an authorised ticket agent. Tickets will become void if this is found to be the case.

The ticket pricing structure reflects the level of comfort and clarity of view from the seat. We regret we cannot guarantee unrestricted view at all times due to the varying nature of performances.

Please note, the reselling of tickets is strictly prohibited. Tickets found to have been sold via websites such as Viagogo, TicketsNow, StubHub or eBay, for example, will be cancelled without refund and you will be refused admission.

Exchanges & refunds

Tickets can be exchanged only for an alternative date of the same performance. Exchanges will not be issued under any other circumstance.

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. The Box Office is unable to give any refunds on tickets that are unused. Refunds are only available in the event of a cancellation or if the event has substantially changed.

In order to process any refunds or exchanges, tickets must be returned to the Box Office at least 48 hours before the performance.

Alternatively you may be eligible for a refund if you took out TicketPlan Refund Protection when you booked.

The booking fee is non-refundable as it covers the service provided by our box office when you made your booking: staffing, software, website management, etc. Any TicketPlan fees are also non-refundable.

Coronavirus

Cadogan Hall will follow government guidance as it evolves with regard to live events. We ask that audience members consider and comply with any safety recommendations or requirements at the time of their visit. Please note guidance may change from the time of booking to the time of the event. You can check our current safety measures in place.

We reserve the right to change and or amend our conditions of entry in accordance with government advice at the time of entry.

We will make our best endeavours to ensure customers are informed of any significant changes with regards conditions of entry, performance dates/times or cancellations.

See our Keeping Audiences Safe page for further information.

Safety and enjoyment

Every member of the audience must have a ticket.

Children aged under seven will not be admitted to Cadogan Hall except for family events. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Specific event age restrictions or recommendations beyond this can be found on each individual event page. All upcoming events can be found on our events listings. Due to the sound levels of some events with amplified music and the long-term impact on hearing that this could have, it is strongly recommended that parents and carers take this into account before purchasing tickets for children.

We reserve the right to remove children from the auditorium if they are not well-behaved.

At family events, children over the age of two years must each have their own ticket. Children and babies under the age of two years do not require a seat.

Glasses, bottles, cameras and recording equipment are not allowed in the auditorium.

Mobile phones, pagers and watches should be switched off before entering the auditorium.

Photography and the use of any video or audio recording equipment is strictly forbidden.

Strobe lighting, smoke effects and sound FX are sometimes used in productions. Cadogan Hall will endeavour to warn all customers in advance when these effects will be used.

The Management reserves the right to:

  • make any alterations to an advertised programme rendered necessary by unavoidable circumstances
  • admit latecomers at a suitable time (which may be the interval)
  • refuse admission

Gift Vouchers

Vouchers expire 12 months from the date of voucher issue, which is printed on the voucher, and cannot be renewed.

Gift vouchers may not be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.

Any change from ticket purchases will be given back in the form of vouchers to a minimum value of £1.

Cadogan Hall cannot be responsible for gift vouchers delayed by or lost in the post.

Gift vouchers cannot be used to pay for food, drinks, programmes or other merchandise, unless purchased through the Box Office in advance.

Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired.

In the event of a performance paid for by gift vouchers being cancelled, replacement vouchers will be issued.
