New Chapter Author Mornings give the opportunity to meet fascinating writers and discuss their work and help raise funds for Parkinson’s UK.

Tim Carroll is an author whose meticulously researched book The Great Escape from Stalag Luft lll charts the extraordinary true story of the exceptional men who broke free from the supposedly impenetrable prison camp featured in the film The Great Escape. He describes other escapes from the camp and the vital espionage networks constructed by the prisoners-of-war and we learn about the lives of prisoners before and after their capture.
